I have found my life’s work helping individuals and couples who
are seeking more fulfillment in their lives and relationships. Having support through the challenges that show up in your life affords you the opportunity to reflect on the patterns that aren't working, to learn and practice new ways to approach problems, and to diminish unhealthy reactions.

I am here to listen to you and understand the many facets of your life. My intention is to help bring clarity to the choices you would like to make so you can move toward a satisfying life. As an LGBTQ+ affirming, secular therapist, I welcome adult individuals and couples from diverse cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds who want to improve and deepen the vision they have for their lives.

I am a member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists [CAMFT], and Orange County CAMFT [OCCAMFT]. My credentials are verified, and I am listed through Psychology Today, TherapyDen and TherapyRoute.
